STOP. and REALLY REALLY think about this. ^ this is a muffin top, a “roll”, a thunder thigh, a “bat wing”, etc. work hard and that 5 pounds will be just the beginning.

It’s really hard to believe THIS used to be a part of my body. This x4 used to be my legs, my arms, my stomach, my butt, and my boobs. Good riddance.

okay tumblr, so… i just ate papa johns pizza with my family, and i’m not gonna lie, i wasn’t gonna do my insanity tonight after eating greasy, heavy food, but then i saw this post. and now i’m about to get my workout gear on and get off my butt…
(seriously, i’m only working out because i saw this post and it made me realize “i don’t do it because i enjoy it, i do it just because i know it’s what i need to do everyday”)
